How are your Cornish pasties and cream teas delivered?
All our food items are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy at your doorstep.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, we offer next-day delivery across the UK for orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Jam or cream first? How should I prepare my scones?
Being a proud Cornish company, we insist on the Cornish method: jam first, followed by a generous dollop of clotted cream on top!
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date or occasion?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a future delivery date to ensure your Cornish hampers arrive perfectly timed for birthdays, anniversaries, or special events.

What is your policy on returns for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution.
